Returns

We hope that you’re delighted with your BIGHORN MF purchase, but in the event there’s an issue with your order or you need to return an item, please read these policies first.

All returns or claims relating to damaged or defective items must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. We're unable to provide refunds on 'lost' packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Claims resulting from an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Meals

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns of our food products. If one of our meals is delivered damaged or defective, or is an incorrect item, please contact us support@bighornmf.com with a description of the issue and we will provide a replacement at no cost to you.

Accessories

You can return any accessory items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@bighornmf.com with your order details and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the process to make it as smooth as possible.

How to Return Your Item

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions on how to send your item back. Please ensure it’s securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
