Our meals and meal coozies are shipped from our warehouse, typically within 1 business day of receiving your order.
Where we offer free shipping, it applies only to the lower 48 states, and minimum order thresholds must be met after any discounts are applied.
You’ll receive an order confirmation when you make a purchase, and a tracking link via email when your order ships. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at support@bighornmf.com. Depending on where you live, items should be delivered 2-5 days after they ship.
In the event that your order hasn’t arrived by the expected time, please check the following before getting in touch:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@bighornmf.com with your order number. We're unable to provide refunds on 'lost' packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If an item is returned by the carrier as a result of a mistake in your delivery address we can resend the order but you will need to pay the shipping cost.
