BIGHORN Mountain Food — Retail Partner Wholesale Terms

These terms apply to approved Retail Partners who purchase BIGHORN Mountain Food products at wholesale for resale to their own customers. By submitting a wholesale application, you agree to the terms below.
Eligibility
The Retail Partner program is for retailers, hospitality businesses, and lodges that resell BIGHORN products to their own customers through their own storefront, website, or direct offering.
Minimum Order
The minimum wholesale order is 30 meals. Mix any combination of flavors to reach that threshold — there is no per-flavor minimum, no case-pack requirement, and no obligation to a single SKU. Each meal is sold individually.
Meal Pricing
Pricing is based on the total meal count across all flavors in a single order, and applies automatically at checkout.

Coozie Pricing
Thermal Insulated Coozies are sold in cases of 10 (single color per case) at $109.75 per case (50% off MSRP). Coozies may be ordered separately or added to a meal order. Coozie cases do not count toward the 30-meal minimum or the 1,000-meal free-shipping threshold.

Wholesale shipping is available within the United States only. Shipping costs are invoiced separately after order processing to reflect actual carrier rates. If you are outside the U.S., contact us to discuss custom arrangements.

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy
All authorized Retail Partners are required to maintain a minimum advertised price equal to the published MSRP for all BIGHORN Mountain Food products. This policy applies to all advertised prices, including but not limited to in-store signage, websites, email promotions, and social media. Temporary promotions below MAP may be authorized in writing by BIGHORN Mountain Food on a case-by-case basis. Unauthorized MAP violations may result in suspension of wholesale account privileges.
Marketplace & Resale Restrictions
Retail Partners are not permitted to list or sell BIGHORN products on Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or any other third-party online marketplace. All sales must occur through your own retail storefront, website, or direct client offering. Violation may result in suspension of wholesale account privileges.
Returns & Damaged Goods
BIGHORN Mountain Food will replace product that arrives damaged or is found to be defective. Please report any damaged or defective product within 14 days of receipt. Returns on unsold inventory are not accepted; all sales are final.
Ordering
Orders are placed through the BIGHORN Mountain Food wholesale ordering portal. You will receive portal access upon approval as an authorized wholesale partner. For questions or support, contact hello@bighornmf.com.
General Terms
These terms are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding contract. Either party may discontinue the wholesale relationship at any time with written notice. BIGHORN Mountain Food reserves the right to modify pricing, terms, and policies with 30 days' written notice to active retail partners.
