BIGHORN Mountain Food — Field Team Program Terms

These terms apply to approved Field Teams who purchase BIGHORN Mountain Food products at wholesale for their organization's own field and professional use. By submitting a wholesale application, you agree to the terms below.
Eligibility
The Field Team program is designed exclusively for organizations that use our meals in the field — including guides, outfitters, backcountry leaders, trail crews, fire and search & rescue teams, expeditions, youth and scouting programs, and government or military units.
Field Use — Not for Resale
BIGHORN products purchased under the Field Team program are for your organization's own field, crew, client, and professional use. They are not for resale. Products may not be resold to the public, listed on any online marketplace, or offered through a retail storefront. Organizations that wish to resell BIGHORN products should apply as a Retail Partner instead.
Minimum Order
The minimum wholesale order is 30 meals. Meals are sold as individual units, and orders can contain any combination of flavors — there is no per-flavor minimum and no case-pack requirement. Order what your trips actually need.
Meal Pricing
Pricing is based on the total meal count across all flavors in a single order, and applies automatically at checkout. The more you order, the bigger the savings.

Shipping
Free shipping is included on orders of 251+ meals. On orders below that threshold, shipping is paid by the customer. Wholesale shipping is available within the United States only. Shipments to Alaska are via Alaska Airlines Known Shipper program. If you are outside the U.S., contact us to discuss custom arrangements.
Payment Terms

Returns & Damaged Goods
BIGHORN Mountain Food will replace product that arrives damaged or is found to be defective. Please report any damaged or defective product within 14 days of receipt. Returns are not accepted; all sales are final.
Ordering
Orders are placed through the BIGHORN Mountain Food wholesale ordering portal. You will receive portal access upon approval as an authorized wholesale partner. There are no contracts or commitments. For questions or support, contact hello@bighornmf.com.
General Terms
These terms are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding contract. Either party may discontinue the wholesale relationship at any time with written notice. BIGHORN Mountain Food reserves the right to modify pricing, terms, and policies with 30 days' written notice to active field partners.
